Times sure do change and so does everything around us. The Oceana Freewill Baptist Church is certainly no exception. For nearly 100 years, the church has expanded, grew, modernized
and continued to meet the needs of the community of Oceana, West Virginia and our church members.

But one thing has remained constant over those 100 wonderful years. We still believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that he died on the cross of Calvary to redeem each and every one of us of our sins.

Our goal and mission has always been to preach the Word of God. To lift up the name of Jesus Christ and reach out to the lost soul in need. To worship God in Spirit and in Truth.
